MuzikBooks ("we", "us") helps working musicians track gigs, expenses, mileage, merch and taxes. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address, name, and sign-in method (email, Google or Apple).
• Data you enter: gigs, venues, income, expenses, receipts, merch inventory and sales, tours, and your home base address.
• Location for mileage: venue and home addresses you choose are sent to Google Maps to look up places and driving distances. We don't track your device's location.
• Billing: subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to run the app for you: show your totals, calculate mileage and tax estimates, manage your subscription, and provide support. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help run MuzikBooks: our hosting and database provider, Google Maps (addresses for mileage), Paddle (billing), and Google or Apple if you sign in with them. They may only use it to provide their service.

Security

Your data is private to your account. Receipts are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links.

Your choices

You can edit or delete anything you've entered at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all its data from Settings → Delete account inside the app.

Children

MuzikBooks isn't intended for children under 13.
