By creating an account or using MuzikBooks you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan is unlimited until December 1, 2026; after that it includes 5 gigs per month.
• Pro is $12/month or $99/year and renews automatically until canceled. The monthly plan includes a 30-day free trial.
• If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Paddle.

Your data

You own what you enter. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Not tax or financial advice

MuzikBooks is a tracking and organizing tool. Mileage rates, tax estimates and totals are for information only and are not tax, legal or financial advice. Check with a qualified tax professional.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or interfere with how it runs.

Liability

MuzikBooks is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on the app's figures.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continuing to use MuzikBooks means you accept the updated terms.
